GDPI has teamed up with Axis Pilates to provide FREE, fun pilates classes for participants of any skill level! Pilates is a low-impact exercise routine that can help strengthen muscles, correct posture, and improve flexibility. All exercises are adaptable to the needs of individual participants! An instructor from Axis Pilates will guide the class for the entire 60 minute workout, teaching new skills and providing feedback to perfect your posture! Join an amazing instructor and supportive workout group to enjoy some movement and self-care!
Pilates in the Park is held every Tuesday, 4pm to 5pm, on the LeBauer Park South Lawn. A yoga mat, towel, or blanket would be helpful, but no equipment is required to participate! Hope to see you there!
