The New Normal? A Backyard Yoga Flow for our Time

Where are you getting your sunshine these days? Whether it's a backyard, an open space in a public park (the downtown park lawns are still there for anyone interested!), an apartment balcony, or any little patch of green, Greensboro Downtown Yoga has your springtime yoga flow covered!

Every Thursday on the blog, GDY owner and instructor, Summer, will bring you both a standing and seated yoga class from her own backyard. You can choose one of the 25-minute classes to follow, or do them both for a near hour of Yoga, just like you'd get if we were back in the park!

Today's class is inspired by the concept of 'the new normal' and has us exploring ways to move through the unknown and embrace what's on the other side. This class is appropriate for all levels and can be modified to fit your body, as we move through a beginner-friendly Vinyasa Flow series. Enjoy the beauty of nature while exploring ways to be fearless through movement explorations.
