Center City Park, located in the heart of downtown Greensboro, fills the block between North Elm and North Davie Streets and is bordered on the south by West Friendly Avenue and on the north by the Renaissance Tower office building.

Center City Park and LeBauer Park are City of Greensboro parks built for the enjoyment of this community with contributions from local foundations, businesses, organizations, individuals and the State of North Carolina. The City of Greensboro provides significant resources to maintain these parks, and they are managed by the non-profit Greensboro Downtown Parks, Inc.
To ensure enjoyment for all, park visitors are asked to follow the Greensboro Downtown Parks Rules and Regulations. Park Rules and Regulations are subject to change or revision without notice.
LeBauer Park, located across Davie Street from Center City Park, fills the block between Davie and Church Streets. The park is framed by the Greensboro Cultural Arts Center, Central Public Library, and the Greensboro Historical Musem.

DOWNTOWN GREENSBORO SQUARE
Children's Garden
Open 8am-10pm, the Lincoln Financial Children’s Garden is a 15,000 square footplay area that includes artificial turf play
mounds, toddler’s play area, custom 4 foot
climbing wall with handholds, 6 foot climbing
hill with ropes, and two 6 feet tall slides.
Children can also play on a modern designed
merry-go-round, interactive climbing boulders
and a custom artist-designed sensory wall.
Dog Park
The Downtown Greensboro Animal Hospital Dog Park is a 3,500 Square foot playarea designed for all day use. The canine
play area is organized around a three-foot
high “King of the Hill” mound of artificial
turf. The play area is paved with
decomposed granite for easy clean-up and
maintenance. The entry gate features an
“airlock” helping to manage access and limit
escaped pets. An area along the public
promenade overlooks the play area so park
visitors can watch the fun!
Price / Bryan Performance Place
Performance Pavilion with lawn seating for up to 2,000 people. The covered area is the perfect place for cocktail hours, fitness programs, movie nights and more.Downtown Greensboro Square
Downtown Greensboro Square is a 4,500square foot plaza located between two
custom restaurant buildings designed by
NC architect Frank Harmon. This flexible
plaza includes movable bistro tables,
chairs, umbrellas, decorative planters, and
identity signage. The square has an
elevated view over the Price/Bryan
Performance Place with spectacular
views of the Janet Echelman sculpture,
Where We Met.
Putting Green
The Putting Green is a 1,375 square footsocial area with a 600 square foot, three-hole
putting green. This active area is a favorite
among all ages as it is located next to a paved
walking path between the Greensboro Public
Library and the Greensboro Cultural Center.
VF Seasonal Plaza
Anchored by a seasonal water feature,this is a destination for families and
children. Water blasts out in jets with
dynamic blasts and fun fog! The plaza is transformed in winter for the Piedmont Winterfest Ice Rink in mid-November.
Carolyn's Garden
This one-acre plot of gardens within LeBauer Park is the perfect space for studying or quiet-time, and is flanked with foliage that Carolyn LeBauer loved.Reading Room
The 2,050 square foot Junior League of Greensboro Reading Room, filledwith trees, is intended to extend library
events out into the park. The flexible
layout features movable tables and chairs,
decorative planters with seasonal planting
and power access for quiet study and work
areas.
South Lawn
Located in between the Greensboro Cultural Center and the Church Street Parking Deck, the south lawn is the perfect space for fitness programs, birthday parties, lawn games and more.Game Tables
The Decal Source Game Tables including Cornhole, Ping Pong and Foosballprovide visitors the ability to test their
skills with free access to paddles, balls,
and cornhole bags. These game tables
offer versatile exposure as they can be
moved to various locations throughout
the park.
CENTER CITY PARK

Ghassan's Fresh Mediterranean Eats, PorterHouse Burger Co., and Cafe Europa are all situated within the downtown parks, making a carefree day at the park even easier.
Downtown Greensboro Square is a 4,500 square foot plaza on the formal axis of Brenner Place and the Price/Bryan Performance Pavilion.
The square sits between two custom restaurant buildings designed by NC architect Frank Harmon. These kiosks host permanent outposts of local favorites Ghassan's Fresh Mediterranean Eats and PorterHouse Burger Co.
This Flexible plaza includes movable bistro tables and chairs and umbrellas. The square has an elevated view over the main stage with spectacular views of the Janet Echelman sculpture.
Indoor/Outdoor dining can be enjoyed at Cafe Europa in the Greensboro Cultural Arts Center next to LeBauer Park.
