Design a path to live into who YOU are!! Beginning Tuesday, December 18th, women will be gathering for our second annual Bridge to the New Year – Women’s Wellness Series. This interactive, 4-part series will spark insight and growth in areas where you feel stuck. Engage with a multi-generational group of women in exploring opportunities for connection and transformation of lifestyle patterns, so you can feel focused, effective and emotionally at ease in your day-to-day life. Join us for inspiring conversations from 12pm-1pm, and a 45-minute, Baptiste-inspired, power yoga class, starting at 1:15pm.

January 8: Targeting Your Attention on Where You Are Headed (Not Where You've Been) - Goal-Setting for Sustainable Change

Cheri Timmons, CHC, RYT® 200 will lead a 45-minute, Baptiste-inspired, power yoga class, starting at 1:15pm. This class is open to all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
The series will take place in room 403 of the Greensboro Cultural Center at LeBauer Park, 200 N Davie St., from 12pm - 1pm Parking can be found in the Church Street Parking Deck. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, and you will find a staff member there to greet you.
Food: Bring lunch, or purchase lunch from LeBauer Park kiosks Ghassan's Fresh Mediterranean Eats & PorterHouse Burger Company-LeBauer Park or Cafe Europa. Program will start promptly at 12pm, so please arrive early if ordering lunch.
