Greensboro Downtown Parks play a pivotal role in supporting our community's mental and physical health. Our parks and our programs promote balanced lifestyles, self-care and connectivity. We host 60+ free fitness and wellness programs annually and help improve Greensboro's health equity by maintaining key publicly-accessible greenspaces for physical activity. LeBauer and Center City Parks are truly the heart of downtown providing essential space for social gatherings, race events and even a little summertime splashing. Health and Wellness programs run weekly throughout the parks' busy season. From Pilates to aerobics, we offer a range of classes for all ages, fitness levels and interests.

CYCLE CLUB WITH LAWN SERVICE BY LITTLE BROTHER BREWING

Every Thursday, February 15 - November 28 | 6 PM - 8:30 PM

Meet in Market Square, LeBauer Park


Enjoy a guided, 4 mile bike ride around downtown Greensboro. Meeting weekly at Lawn Service by Little Brother Brewing at 6PM (rides depart at 6:30PM), riders will cruise around the city on LBB's provided no drop route. These weekly rides are open to beginners, avid riders and everything in between!

EMBODHI YOU WITH EMBODHI YOGA STUDIO

Every Thursday, April 11 - August 29th*

Because Friday-Eve was made to unwind! Embodhi Yoga, the newest hot yoga studio in Downtown Greensboro, aims to create space for you to practice authentically; where your mat meets you where you are! Every Thursday, join Embodhi’s skilled instructors, members, and community for this “slow burn”flow series that brings the breath to a slower pace as you focus on safe alignment while maintaining balance. Throughout the spring and summer, build new skills that increase your strength, stability, posture, integrity, and mindfulness. This series is open to all, whether you're a new yogi or a vet! HIIT FOR MOMS WITH FIT4MOM PIEDMONT

Need a mom power boost? Join Fit4Mom Piedmont's empowering HIIT class! This 60-minute workout combines cardio, strength, core training, and meditation to leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle anything motherhood throws your way. Plus, connect with other local moms while the Fit4Mom team keeps your little ones entertained! Just bring a water bottle, wear workout clothes, and get ready to unleash your inner power mom!

KARAOKE & LINE DANCING WITH DJ ENERGIZER

Come get energized at your favorite downtown parks with DJ Energizer’s Karaoke and Line Dancing program every Sunday April-October! Belt out your faves and bust a move to the sound of classic hits in a supportive and fun atmosphere. Two-step your way to fun with easy-to-follow line dancing instruction, no partner needed! When you’re done, cool down with delicious treats from Ice Breakers Tropical Sno.

MOBILE MEDICINE & SCREENING UNITS WITH CONE HEALTH

Cone Health is bringing their award-winning care to the downtown parks every month. By parking their Mobile Health units in the parks, medical care will be more accessible than ever for patients across the city of Greensboro and beyond. These units provide easier access to treatment, diagnosis, education, and support for all, regardless of insurance status. All services provided by the Screening Unit are completely free. The Mobile Medicine Unit does require billing- often at highly discounted rates (up to 60% off for those who are uninsured).

POWER FLOW WITH GREENSBORO POWER YOGA

SALSA FOR EVERYONE WITH VELMY LIZ TRINIDAD

Unleash your inner rhythm! Join expert Velmy Liz Trinidad for a 6-week masterclass and learn the basic steps of salsa, whether you want to dance solo or with a partner - however, no partner is required to participate! This class is perfect for beginners who want to enjoy the music, get your body moving, and meet new people in a fun and supportive environment! Leave feeling empowered, because this class truly makes "Salsa For Everyone!"

STROLLER STRIDES WITH FIT4MOM PIEDMONT

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. This 60-minute workout consists of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each class is designed to meet you where you are at mentally and physically that day. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized. This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment; we hope to see you there!

ZUMBA WITH VELMY LIZ TRINIDAD

Wednesdays, June 12 - August 21 | 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM

South Lawn, LeBauer Park


Ditch the workout, join the party! Shake off the summer heat and sweat with a smile in our Zumba program led by local dance leader Velmy Liz Trinidad! Every week, she'll guide you through infectious Latin rhythms that'll get your body moving and your heart pounding. It's more than just exercise - it's a celebration of dance, community, and good vibes. No experience needed! Velmy welcomes everyone, from Zumba newbies to seasoned dancers. Just bring your energy, a water bottle, and get ready to party!
