Enjoy dance by connecting with Dance Project, Inc. through their newest series Dance at a Distance. Each week on the blog, we'll feature three videos offering step-by-step instruction you can follow from home, including dance instruction videos for young children, as well as more experienced movers. Below, instructors take us through three awesome dance experiences: a "brain dance" exercise for preschoolers, an Afro-Rhythms combination for ages 13+, and a 6-step breakdance tutorial for ages 10+.
