Cheri Timmons will guide you through a 60 minute yoga flow class designed for students of all levels. Engage in warm-up, cardio, strengthening, opening and stretching exercises. This program is an opportunity to bring the physical, social, emotional and mental benefits of yoga to our parks! The class will give members of our community direct access to: more energy, better sleep, improved focus, more flexibility, increased muscle strength, elevated mood, reduced feelings of stress, stronger immune system and more!)
