Calling all preschoolers! Join our partner, GreenHill Center for NC Art for some storytime and art making fun every Masterpiece Friday.

Who's ready to explore the use of color? This Masterpiece Friday, Miss Jaymie investigates how NC artist, Margaret Cogswell uses color in her artwork. Then for story time, we’ll follow the journey of a curious rabbit who explores the magic of color in White Rabbit’s Color Book by Alan Baker. Finally, we’ll draw and paint our own rabbits while mixing colors, inspired by White Rabbit’s Color Book.

First, let's look at the artwork of Margaret Cogswell.

Now let's dive into the story, White Rabbit’s Color Book by Alan Baker.

Inspired by the story, White Rabbit’s Color Book., we’ll draw and paint our own rabbits and practice mixing colors.

Supplies:
