‘Passages’ Premiere by Artist in Residence, the Activate Entertainment Project

'Passages' World Premiere
Saturday, September 3, 2022
Performances at 7:00pm and 8:30pm
LeBauer Park @ the UNCG Great Lawn


Join us for the stunning premiere of 'Passages: An Homage to our 'Extra'ordinary Lives'. Immerse yourself in the mundane made magical as stories of childhood, change, and connection are brought to life through circus arts, dance, music, and more! This performance work is the culmination of a five-month artist residency at the downtown parks by local circus performance company, the Activate Entertainment Project and is sure to delight audiences of all ages.

Performance Details


Join us on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the UNCG Great Lawn in LeBauer Park for the final performances of 'Passages'. Performances are FREE to attend and drop-in attendees are welcome.


The first performance will begin at 7:00pm and the second will begin at 8:30pm. Each performance will last 45 minutes.


This is a family-friendly performance fit for all ages! Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair to watch performances. Picnics are welcome and concessions will be available for purchase. Outside alcohol is not permitted, but beverages may be purchased from our on-site vendors.


Parking is available for free on the night of the performance in the Church Street Parking Garage, located at 215 N. Church St. Directly adjacent to LeBauer Park, visitors may exit via the elevators to the park. All park spaces are ADA compliant and accessible by wheelchair or stroller.
