Join Cheri Timmons under the summer sky! Make time to slow down this summer, so you can renew and restore your body and mind. Each 60-minute yoga flow class includes poses that will warm-up your body, increase your heart rate, strengthen your muscles, release tension and stress, as well as open and stretch your body (and mind). Sessions are open to all experience levels. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a yoga mat and bottled water and enjoy closing each practice with a relaxing cool down period and cold lavender-scented towel. Pure summer bliss!
