This week is National Parks Week and Earth Day! In honor of all of that, Greensboro Downtown Yoga is bringing you two videos inspired by this celebration through their classes!
Every Thursday on the blog, GDY owner and instructor, Summer, will bring you both a standing and seated yoga class from her own backyard. You can choose one of the 25-minute classes to follow, or do them both for a near hour of Yoga, just like you'd get if we were back in the park!
Inspired by earth and park movement flows, today's classes take you through a standing Tai Chi flow and a balancing flow. This class is appropriate for all levels and can be modified to fit your body, as we move through a beginner-friendly series. Connect with nature while moving, and honor the earth as well as the body. Let's get started!
