Feel the burn with Greensboro Downtown Yoga! This week, the focus is on your core! GSO Downtown Yoga is bringing you two videos designed to fire up your core and gain more power in your life!
Every Thursday on the blog, GDY owner and instructor, Summer, will bring you 2 videos, you can choose one of the 30-minute classes to follow, or do them both for a near hour of Yoga, just like you'd get if we were back in the park!
Inspired by creating power from within, today's classes take you through a Core Warrior focused on planks and lungers and a Core Flow inspired by yoga and pilates. This class is appropriate for all levels and can be modified to fit your body, as we move through a beginner-friendly series. Connect with your inner strength while moving, and honor the body. Let's get started!
