Kick it with RockBox Fitness this August for an hour-long kickboxing workout meant to inspire and empower the Triad community to adopt a healthy lifestyle! This workout can help with cardiovascular health and functional strength, helping you stay active and energetic in your daily life! Instructors from RockBox Fitness will guide you though a progressive warmup, boxing and kickboxing exercises with a HIIT component, agility training, and active recovery and stretching.
Each activity is adaptable and designed for all fitness levels, teaching boxing and kickboxing basics, fundamentals, and techniques. All exercises are coached and modeled by instructors with a variety of modification options to ensure everyone has a great workout! We can't wait to see you at the park breaking a sweat and having fun!
Classes will be held each Wednesday in August, 6pm to 7pm on the Center City Oval Lawn!
