Three letters. One word. Rhymes with "set".
YET. This little word is very powerful!
Without it, you can find yourself speaking words that lock you into thinking small, living small and holding back.
When you sprinkle the power word "YET" into your spoken and written words, you expand. You catch a glimpse of what is possible. You put energy into taking action, moving forward and living to your fullest potential.
Check this out: "I'm not good with technology." (a limited belief that keeps you stuck)
BECOMES: "I'm not good with technology, YET." (full of possibility and willingness to learn)
Or: "I can't figure out how to fit exercise into my busy day." (a restricted thought)
BECOMES: "I can't figure out how to fit exercise into my busy day, YET." (reflects an opportunity for learning new strategies)
One more example: "I don't have enough energy to get my work done." (sounds exhausting)
BECOMES: "I don't have enough energy to get my work done,YET."
Start to notice your use of the words "I can't", "I don't", "I'm not"...these are good signals that you need to add the power word YET, so you can start to dismantle that limiting belief.
Where will you add YET to your words today and step into something BIGGER!
Fake it till you make it. Yes, it may seem awkward or forced at first. You may not believe it...YET.
But when you continue to do it, you will notice a shift. It will start to become second nature to speak, think and live this way.
Your thoughts create your reality.
