Take a break and let Greensboro Downtown Yoga guide you through a standing flow! In this weeks "Yoga from the Backyard" series, Olivia Smith takes you on a mindful seated standing flow. Take a half hour on the mat to tune into yourself, the needs of both the body and mind with mindful awareness. Enjoy a flow-inspired practice, syncing the breath with movement and purpose, appropriate for all levels.
