Join GXUnited for weekly classes where you'll be introduced to breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.Each yoga session welcomes all bodies, and all levels. The GXUnited yoga guide for the evening will instruct a yoga class that bridges physical and mental movement. In addition to the postures, you’ll be introduced to breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. These classes are designed to alleviate physical and emotional stress, and intelligently address how we can energize, cope, and adapt to our daily lives.
