Health Coach, Cheri Timmons is back to shed some light on what you can do to bring self-care practices into your daily life. Below, you can download a FREE copy of Cheri's Self-Care Strategy Guide, a workbook for discovering what self-care practices would bring meaning and value to your life and strategies for incorporating them into your routines.

From Cheri:

You currently have so many more responsibilities, disruptions and uncertainties in your life.

To maintain effectiveness in your various roles (as employee, student, parent, partner and/or teacher) it is essential that you prioritize self-care.

You may feel like there is no extra time to focus on yourself.

You may even think that taking time for self-care right now is selfish.

However, when you ignore self-care it results in major costs to you in the form of:

· low energy

· conflicts in your relationships

· mistakes with your work

· increased feelings of stress and anxiety

· decreased focus

· difficulty sleeping

· increased risk for health problems

But you can shift your focus to self-care.

By learning to create a self-care practice that will restore and energize you, you will be able to, reduce feelings of stress, strengthen your resilience for what is to come and give of yourself more fully.

To help you get started, I’m including my FREE Self-Care Strategy Guide. This 8-page workbook walks you through specific steps to:

· invite a deeper understanding of what you need right now

· shine a light on how you can nurture yourself

· put your self-care practice into action

Practicing self-care is just that…a practice.

Connect to patience so you can allow each day to be different.

Extend yourself grace to try again each day.

Remember that no one can do this for you…that’s why it’s called SELF-CARE.

Sending thoughts of hope and wellness,

Cheri
