This week, Greensboro Downtown Yoga studio owner Summer Sides is here with a slow moving practice that focuses on the movement and your breath. If you're brand new to yoga or struggle to understand the poses in a traditional class, this purposeful and focused class is just for you. Class is only 30-minutes, at the end Summer coaches you through a Sun Salutation B without modifications and then shows the flow with only using breath. Use this as a guiding point to your progression from the modifications provided in this class to the full and expansive version. Summer encourages you to find joy as she does in places like Rocky Mountain National Park!
