Developing your inner strength, A Functional movement Flow

Where are you getting your sunshine these days? Whether it's a backyard, an open space in a public park (the downtown park lawns are still there for anyone interested!), an apartment balcony, or any little patch of green, Greensboro Downtown Yoga has your springtime yoga flow covered!

Every Thursday on the blog, GDY owner and instructor, Summer, will bring you both a standing and seated yoga class from her own backyard. You can choose one of the 25-minute classes to follow, or do them both for a near hour of Yoga, just like you'd get if we were back in the park!

Today's classes are inspired by the concept of inner strength (physical and mental), and take you through a leg and balanced focus barre class or a plank and lunge inspired flow that finishes with an arm balance. This class is appropriate for all levels and can be modified to fit your body, as we move through a beginner-friendly series. Enjoy the beauty of nature while exploring ways to be fearless through movement explorations.
