In this week's "Yoga for Athletes" class, Summer Sides of Greensboro Downtown Yoga, shares a flow designed to work on the strength and mobility of your feet and calves. Feet are our foundation, but how much attention do you give to stretching and strengthening all the muscles within the feet and lower legs? As athletes is super important to get these areas mobile and strong in order to perform well in the game. Grab a ball, find a quiet space, and let's start rolling out those feet!
