Children's Yoga, Tap, and Zulu Spin with Dance Project

Enjoy dance by connecting with Dance Project, Inc. through their newest series Dance at a Distance. Each week on the blog, we'll feature three videos offering step-by-step instruction you can follow from home, including dance instruction videos for young children, as well as more experienced movers.

Below, instructors take us through three awesome dance experiences: a children's yoga flow, a tap combo for beginners (tap shoes not necessary!) and a breakdown of the Zulu Spin for ages 13+. So, clear a space and let's get moving!

Looking for even more? On the Dance at a Distance homepage, you will find resources for classes, artists stories, resources for artist relief funds, and more!

And don't miss a chance to join Dance Project for weekly Adult drop in Live online classes. These classes are for ages 18+ and range in style from ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop, and more! There are all levels and each class is $5 a piece. To register and see the schedule please click here. If you are interested in Live Online classes for your dancer 18 and under please email Lauren for details.
